about

The man walks to his porch,
And dreams of a time
In which he touched the orchids
With a sensation so sublime.

It lit up his eyes with bliss
A light so bright it could power the world
And yet, his feet were poignant
As they stood in the empty whirl.

He sees a path with a clear vision ahead
And decides to journey through
He clumsily walks and treads
With no clear idea where he is going to.

Cluelessly strolling, he found a beach
The beach was fluorescent and fluttering
A wind of skepticism flew from his preach
And put unto him a time of wondering,

“Why did I end up this way?”,
“Why was I blessed with this purpose?”,
He exclaimed into the air with no sway,
And yet, no voice came to usurp him.

He was instead left alone in the cold breeze,
Shivering at the thought of contentment
The skies had betrayed him and let him bleed,
His wails molded into resentment.

He asks the beach to transport his soul out west.
Without hesitation, the beach let his sorrows swim.
He then laid himself to rest,
And watched as his pains washed away along with him.
